A new concept for the Chermside Market, Woodstore Apartments offers exceptionally well sized apartments, utilising references to the locations artisan past. Themes of natural wood and stone finishes coupled with contemporary design elements. Working with the contractor Under a Design and Construct arrangement TONIC was asked to filter the previous information supplied by the previous design Architect to provide all documentation for construction and co-ordinate buildability issues with all consultants. We also worked closely with the developer to rationalise layouts for the common spaces and to tweak unit layouts to fit NBN requirements.
