TONIC’s Master Plan Concept Design for the Bai Tram Resort development for the Epi[k]urean hideout was inspired by the connectivity of the precincts and the opportunity they presented. Connection of Villa to beach. Villa to water. Villa to rock outcrop, Resort to water, Hotel to villa. Beach to leisure activity ect. The steep terrain across the site inspired TONIC to look at the inclusion of design elements such as Travelators and lifts to heighten overall experience, frame views and ensure zones of privacy/ exclusiveness were achieved. Attractions of a Yacht club, Marina complex Beach clubs, Boardwalk, signature restaurants and world class “rock bar” equivalent all present further unique design opportunities for the site and place making.
